These Terms of Use (hereinafter – Terms) govern the procedure, rights, and obligations regarding the use of the website newbalticdance.lt (hereinafter – Website).
The Website is owned and managed by the Public Institution Lithuanian Dance Centre (VšĮ Lietuvos šokio centras, registration code: 110064529, registered office address: Šiltadaržio g. 6, LT-01124 Vilnius, email: info@dance.lt) (hereinafter – Organizer).

1. Purpose of the Website and Provided Information
1.1. The Website presents official information about the international contemporary dance festival "New Baltic Dance", its program, performers, performances, schedules, and related events.
1.2. The Organizer makes every effort to ensure that the information provided on the Website is accurate and updated in a timely manner, but reserves the right to change event programs, times, venues, or other related information at any time without prior notice due to unforeseen organizational or technical circumstances.
2. Ticket Purchasing and Third-Party Links
2.1. The Website provides a link to the official ticket distributor Bilietai.lt, through which tickets for festival events can be purchased.
2.2. The ticket purchase-sale contract is concluded directly between the visitor and the respective ticket distributor or venue manager in accordance with the rules established by that distributor. The Organizer is not responsible for disruptions in external ticket sales systems or their applicable terms and conditions.
2.3. The Website may contain links to third-party websites (partners, sponsors, media channels). The Organizer does not control the content of these websites and assumes no responsibility for the information provided on them or their privacy practices.
3. Intellectual Property and Copyright
3.1. All content on the Website – including, but not limited to: text, photographs, video recordings, graphic elements, logos, design, and trademarks – is the intellectual property of the Organizer, artists, photographers, or other rights holders, protected under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and international copyright laws.
3.2. It is strictly prohibited to copy, distribute, reproduce, modify, or otherwise use the content of the Website for commercial or public purposes without the prior written consent of the Organizer.
3.3. Media materials: photos and text contained in performance descriptions or press releases may only be used for the purpose of promoting the festival and its programme, subject to mandatory attribution of the copyright owner and photographer (e.g., Photo: Author First Name Last Name / New Baltic Dance archive).

4.1. Website visitors undertake to use the Website lawfully and not to compromise its security or operation.
